Withdrawly – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026. Controller: Fileva, support@fileva.pro.

The free plugin

Withdrawly runs on your own WordPress site. Withdrawal statements of your customers are stored in your site's database and never sent to us. You are the controller of that data; the plugin adds a suggested text to your privacy policy (Settings → Privacy).

Withdrawly Pro licence

When you activate a Pro licence, your site sends the licence key and its domain name to our licence server (n8n.fileva.pro) and checks the licence about once a day. We store the key (hashed), the domain, activation dates and a hashed IP address to prevent key sharing. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data while the licence is active and up to 3 years afterwards.

Purchases

Payments are handled by PayPal or Revolut. We receive your e-mail address, the amount and the payment status, and keep order records as required by tax law (5 years).

Webhook (Pro)

If you configure a webhook, your site sends new withdrawal statements directly to the address you entered. We do not receive them.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by e-mail. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
