Your photo is uploaded, its location and other metadata are removed in memory, and a clean copy is made available for download. We do not read the location for any other purpose and we do not store it.
Both the uploaded photo and the cleaned copy are deleted automatically within about one hour.
A technical record of each conversion: tool used, file size, time and a salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself), used only to apply the free daily limit and to prevent abuse. We do not log what was inside your photos.
If you start the Pro trial, PayPal processes the payment. We receive your e-mail address and the PayPal subscription ID to run your subscription and send the reminder before the first charge. We never see your card details.

Ask us what we hold about you or to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for the anonymous ID stored in your browser (cs_anon_id) or your subscription e-mail.
