Withdrawly adds the withdrawal function required by EU Directive 2023/2673: a link on every page, a two-step form that works without an account, partial withdrawal and an instant confirmation e-mail with date, time and the full statement.
“Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page, next to each order in My Account and in order e-mails.
Guests enter name, e-mail and order number. Customers who are logged in go straight to confirmation.
The form, then a distinct “Confirm withdrawal” button. Whole order or selected products and quantities.
An e-mail sent immediately with reference number, date and time of receipt and the full text of the statement.
Every statement stored with status, an order note and the order status “Withdrawal requested”.
“Odstąp od umowy tutaj”, “Vertrag hier widerrufen” – the label follows the visitor’s language.
